Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. General
These terms and conditions apply to The Garden Room Cambridge (‘Gift Vouchers'’) purchased via our website https://thegardenroomcambridge.com. By purchasing our Gift Vouchers, you accept these terms and conditions (‘Terms and Conditions’). The most recent Terms and Conditions will always be posted at https://thegardenroomcambridge.com. Our Gift Vouchers may be used ONLY for The Garden Room Cambridge, 6 Pye Terrace, Cambridge CB4 1DX.. You can use the Gift Voucher to pay for the full value of your selected treatment(s). If your purchase online is not completely covered by the Gift Voucher you can use an additional payment method to complete the purchase.​
2. Delivery
E- Gift Voucher: You and/or your recipient’s will receive your Gift Voucher/s to your chosen email address on your chosen date. You are obligated to provide a correct email address for delivery of the Gift Voucher.
If you or the recipient do not receive your Gift Voucher/s within 1 working day of the chosen date, please contact us by phone on 07843240409 or by email at info@clarericcireflexology.co.uk.
Posted or collected Gift Voucher: You and/or your recipient's Gift voucher will be posted to the chosen address by 1st Class within 2 working days from the date of purchase. You are obligated to provide a correct address for delivery of the Gift Voucher. If you have chosen to collect the Gift Voucher, we will get in touch with you within 1 working day to arrange a time and date to collect. Collection is from The Garden Room Cambridge, 6 Pye Terrace, Cambridge CB4 1DX. If you or the recipient do not receive your Gift Voucher/s within 5 working days of the purchase date, please contact us by phone on 07843240409 or by email at info@clarericcireflexology.co.uk.
3. Validity
Our Gift Vouchers are valid for 8 months from the date of purchase. At the expiry of the validity period, the Gift Voucher cannot be used, nor can the unused value be refunded.
4. Gift Voucher Redeem
The Gift Voucher must be redeemed by placing an appointment booking within 8 months of the issue date.
No balance is payable or transferable.
5. Refunds
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable non-exchangeable; no change is given in the event that the Gift Voucher value exceeds the total cost of the treatment, instead credit will be given.
Gift vouchers have no cash redemption value and cannot be exchanged for further Gift Vouchers.
Gift Vouchers will be subject to verification at time of booking and The Garden Room Cambridge reserve the right not to accept any Gift Vouchers that have or appear to have been forged, defaced or otherwise tampered with.

6. Cancellation and Reschedule
In the unlikely event that an appointment, booked with a Gift Voucher needs to be cancelled by The Garden Room Cambridge, a new Gift Voucher shall be either issued or its validity extended for a further 90 days.
In the event that an appointment booked with a Gift Voucher is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment by a voucher holder, we reserve the right to decide if an appointment should be rescheduled.
In the event that a massage appointment booked with a Gift Voucher is rescheduled with more than 24 hours of the appointment by a voucher holder no refund shall be given and the appointment will be rescheduled.
7. Data Protection and Privacy Policy
The Garden Room Cambridge, is acting as the party responsible for all personal data that you provide us with. The Garden Room Cambridge therefore has a Privacy Policy outlining how your personal data will be processed and protected. You will find our Privacy Policy in full here.
8. Governing Law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
